This week we’re pulling back the curtain on a company that I’ve been loving lately. If you follow me on LinkedIn you saw my fangirl post this week- I'm really bullish on their LinkedIn strategy and want to see more brands replicating it.
Instantly.ai is crushing it at:
Building an awesome product people can't live without (look ma’ I finally got a CRM! kidding- my mom has no idea what a CRM is. P.s. this is not sponsored, but if you need a new one check it out, it’s dead simple to use and I’m no salesperson).
and more importantly for our purposes of talking about growth hacks- they’re utilizing LinkedIn's relatively under-the-radar creator features for explosive growth and it’s skyrocketing their impressions on LinkedIn.
The LinkedIn Secret Sauce 🤫
Have you noticed that subtle "Promoted by Instantly.ai" beneath their founder Nils Schneider's posts? Or maybe you’ve noticed their posts repetitively appearing on your feed. That's not just any old LinkedIn ad – they're utilizing one of LinkedIn's most underrated features: the Boost button for creator content and it seems to be going swimmingly 🐠

Here's why this is genius:
They're amplifying content that's already proven to resonate (like Nils' recent post about verifying 1M+ B2B leads every 48 hours)
The promoted content feels natural because it is- it's coming right from their founder
They're basically getting 2-for-1: organic reach PLUS paid amplification
Pro Tip 💡: When you boost posts that are already performing well organically, you're not just throwing money at the wall and hoping something sticks. You're putting fuel behind content that's already proven to work and connect with your audience. Genius.
AND by using Nils as both founder and influencer/thought leader, they're:
Building brand credibility
Creating authentic connections with their target audience
Getting way more bang for their buck
Now, if you’re not quite an influencer yourself, or members of your team don’t have a following on LinkedIn, you can collab with influencers and thought leaders who do. Check the post below by Eric Nowoslawski.
It starts with a super authentic statement that instills trust with his audience. Then, it’s gotten a paid boost on behalf of the brand. I’ve probably seen this post 10x in the past two weeks and finally got around to checking out the product (the repeat exposure works, folks!). And by the way, LinkedIn is just one of the many channels you can explore using this strategy on.

Your homework 📝
If you're running a B2B brand on LinkedIn (hello, most of you reading this!), here's your action plan:
Identify your own highest-performing organic content on LinkedIn
Test boosting posts that already have good engagement (a few hundred bucks is all you need to experiment)
Consider whether your founder/leadership team could be your best marketing asset, or whether to lean on LinkedIn influencers for future posting
Real talk: Not every founder needs to be Gary Vee. But if you've got leadership team members who can authentically connect with your audience? You’re sitting on a gold mine.
